| Opening the Healer Within is the first of two courses that can be taught in a two day workshop format or in a six week series. During this class, students will cover basic skills toward unlocking their potential as healers. All of the work presented is based upon the work of Rosalyn Bruyere who is a Hopi medicine woman, a Llama of the Tibetan Bon Bhuddist Tradition, and Author of "Wheels of Light." Students will learn basic chelation (Rosalyn's primary technique for healing) of the chakra system, brain balancing techniques, organ support techniques and much more. Through chelation, students will learn to move energy through the seven energy centers of the body to create balance within the body's system. Each will become more sensitive to the body's various vibrations and the qualities of each chakra, or energy center. Students will learn to identify and work with specific pathologies. In class, students will explore a variety of grounding techniques and meditations as they investigate their relationship with spiritual guidance and deepen their spiritual practice. |
