People report that they feel much more relaxed and their symptoms are greatly relieved. My perceptions of what occurs during the session are corroborated by my clients' experiences. I find these sessions to be extremely powerful - more powerful than "hands-on" sessions. My current cases include profound physical spinal issues, infertility, depression (including seasonal depression), and recovery from cancer, to name a few.

During a session, I call the client to talk about their needs for the session. At times, I will give clients specific instructions, and then they will find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down. When the session is over, I report what happened and offer any suggestions that may help them in their life endeavors.

Along with the actual energy work performed during distance sessions, I frequently pick up intuitive or psychic information about a client's job, personal life, or health that greatly supports them. My information as a medical intuitive has been validated through my many years as a healer. I trust it, and feel that the tone is respectful, deep, and transformative for all of my clients.
