Cancellations are 24 hours in advance or full payment is required. You can change/cancel an appointment.

To confirm your appointment is booked, please check your email. (It will not display on my website). You will receive three reminder emails.

Patients must confirm with their insurance provider that your policy includes acupuncture (not all plans from the companies I accept include an Acupuncture benefit) . Please make note of how many visits your plan includes and the amount that you will owe for co-pay at the time of your visit. Each policy is different, and I am unable to keep track of how many visits your plan allows over time.

If I submit a claim on your behalf, and you do not have an acupuncture benefit, I will incur an additional fee that will be added to your account balance. My goal is always to keep this process as streamlined and clear as possible. Thanks for your interest, and I look forward to working with you.
